Upgraded to Expression Engine 1.2.1

I’ve upgraded to ExpressionEngine 1.2.1. A few minor hiccups (mostly my fault) but this was the smoothest upgrade so far. Hopefully though they’ll make it smoother in the future by automating more of it.
